My dryer went on the fritz this week and not being one who likes to drag my laundry across town, I decided to call in a repair service. I saw ABCs wonderful reviews online and called. The owner (Vlad) returned my call within minutes and we scheduled an appointment for the next morning at 8 am. He was punctual (I've had friends who have said that they have waited all day for someone to come do a repair) but Vlad was here at 8 on the dot. Although the problem was minor, he still gave the machine a once over to make sure that the rest of the washer was running properly. It felt great supporting a local small, family run business and when future problems arise I will be calling Vlad from ABC. Appliances.
