A piece of siding was bowing out on one side of our house. Tony quickly came up with a reasonable quote, worked with our quirky schedule to fit us in, completed the work very timely and professionally, and honored the quote. He and his associate even did a little extra maintenance and showed me, in a photo he took from closer range some ongoing concerns. 5 stars for the job, Tony, and I will definitely keep you in mind if we need more work done. We had some outlets suddenly not functioning, and needed to get them looked at quickly, for safety as well as aesthetic reasons. Justin was able to come in a couple of days, in contrast with an electrical contractor we had used before, who told me 3 weeks. The service was prompt and efficient. I felt listened to and that the problem was understood. Unfortunately for us, we required an unusual part to be replaced, so that a second visit was needed, but Damian also provided prompt and excellent service. Both the individuals I met were very courteous. We look forward to using Finesse again for some upgrades!
