Encore did a fantastic job - from presenting their products to final installation. Dave came highly recommended from my colleagues at work and along with Mike (installer) did not disappoint.. Dave took the time and effort to explain windows - the various parameters involved in selecting a good quality window, the type of windows and what was ideal for us - all in a short period of one visit of 45 minutes. Mike - a certified window installer was a picture of quiet efficiency in the way he went about taking the measurements to installing the windows (with a little help from an associate). The only time we knew that Mike was at work was when we would hear his footsteps moving across the floor to probably make some adjustments during installation. On completing the job, Mike left the place very clean, leaving behind NO TRACE of work having been done. Dave visited our residence to follow up on the installation (during the installation and after). Mike was always punctual.
