David showed up on scheduled time. As discussed in our quote he was taking the pile of dirt on our driveway and some old closet doors. Dave loaded all the dirt, folded the tarp we had it on and offered to sweep our driveway for us. David loaded the closet doors and was careful not to bump anything in our garage. We felt he was very fair in his pricing. We have recommended his services to our neighbour and to our family and friends if they require junk removal. Jamie came out and did our quote. He was on time, professional. He explained everything to us, took the time to go through the different types Of furnace and AC units with us. Perfect communication between Steve's quote and what the installers did. Nolan and Aaron showed up on time for the install. They called to let us know they were on their way. They laid down fabric on the floors, removed their shoes, swept the floors when complete. Anything they had to move they out back. They kept me updated on how the project was going. They did the landscaping around the AC unit, they even went back to the shop for more rocks to ensure area was perfect. They also needed to fix a corroded valve on the hot water tank. They went to three different Home Depots to find it and it was the manager that brought it. At the house he also checked out the job! Once complete Nolan took the time to show me how to operate the new thermostat, how to get AC ready for winter, how the furnace works. He showed me the warranties, customer service information, maintenance plans. From booking the quote to the end of the install I was comfortable with reliance. It has now been two months and we are very happy with our decision! Thank you Steve, Nolan and Aaron.
