From the moment I contacted Water Solutions, I knew I was in good hands. The Sales Manager promptly returned my email answering all my questions. When I called he explained to me what will likely occur on a service call. I set up an appointment. The service tech was right on time. He showed and explained to me my system and was never sales-y.
