Numerous problems, Studs along north wall didn't touch top or bottom plate, oil spilled on new garage floor, PlanIt wanted more money after construction started, trades parked on newly poured concrete, concrete wall doesn't go all the way to the ground! Oil still hasn't been cleaned up despite a letter from Planit that they would clean it. Foreman said he would get concrete sub to come out and look at wall and oils stain and we never heard from him again. Tired of trying to get them to fix their comedy of errors. If you don't want to project manage the job yourself, hire someone else!
