The service technician came to fix my wall oven, for which new parts were needed. Joanne on the service desk ordered them the following day, and I paid 80% of the costs up front. I was told the parts would be available within about a week. 4 weeks later, now a week before Christmas, with zero follow up from them, even after I have made repeated calls, I am still without my oven. When I call I am treated rudely, even though I have continued to be as patient as possible. I am told that the part is not available yet, however after asking for the part number I managed to find within seconds online at a local supplier ready and available! They, especially Joanne, are rude, incompetent and the worst service I have ever had. I have never felt the need to post a bad review but this company deserves this one. Dacor should not have them as a licensed repair facility.
