All the support posts for our car port were rotten and needed to be replaced. The estimator from Kerr came over and reviewed the project. We discussed my requirements: demolition, post replacement, cedar siding and plexiglass windows. The estimate was acceptable and I gave the project the go ahead. Shawn was the contractor for the project. He was very pleasant. We reviewed the job and discussed his suggestions, all of which were positive. Shawn raised some concerns after the demolition. This resulted in additional work and materials. I was very concerned about the overruns but after conversations with Shawn and Dave I agreed to proceed. The end result is excellent. I will use them for future projects and would recommend them to anyone reading this review.
