After a few contractors fell through, we called Matt from Modern Konstruction to help us install a drywall ceiling at our rental property. Matt showed up the same day we called him and was ready to work shortly after our first meeting. His price was very fair and he seemed like a guy we could trust. Matt and has crew worked hard and even helped out with a few unexpected surprises that one finds when you open the ceiling in an old house. Matt was a good guy to work alongside, and we wouldn't hesitate to call him again!

Zen Construction did an amazing job with our flagstone porch and driveway edging. Josh was very helpful with the design and following through with the finished product. The crew (Bobby and Nelson) worked extremely hard and are very skilled at what they do. We won't hesitiate to call Zen back.
