I contacted Steven based on his excellent reviews on Homestars and I have to say, he did not disappoint. Steven initially met with us to go over our plans and to see the space we wanted worked. I've worked with contractors who are not personable at all but Steven right away presents himself as a true gentlemen and knows what customer service is all about. Very polite and patient. We asked and he provided some really good ideas, especially since the space we were working with wasn't symmetrical (big radiator to contend with). Steven proposed some ideas and drawings which we thought were great and we went with that and I'm glad we did. Steven's carpentry skills are top notch, and the finished product in both our living room and cold room have received nothing but compliments. I would not hesitate to contact Black Forest for any future carpentry projects. I've included some pictures. Thanks guys!

We contacted George after seeing all of his great reviews. During my initial phone call with George, I found he was very polite, knowledgeable, and showed great customer service. Due to the nature of our issue, he was able to schedule us in quickly and showed up with his partner promptly on time. He demonstrated skill in troubleshooting our issue (pressure test on whole system) and took the time to explain each step along the way. Also gave me progress reports along the way. We didn't know how much ceiling drywall we’d have to cut to get at the pipes and George was able to pinpoint where the issue was resulting in minimal holes in our ceiling. He also found a few other issues that he was able to fix. I’ve dealt with many contractors in the past, and George was one of the best to deal with. He completed everything to spec, and kept to the budget originally agreed upon. These gentlemen take pride in their work - keep up the good work, guys!

We contacted Serge after we saw All County working on a project in our neighbourhood. From our 1st correspondence over the phone to the completion of the project, Serge showed true professionalism and his workmanship was fantastic. I’ve dealt with many contractors in the past, and Serge by far was one of the best to deal with. He is polite, courteous and most importantly, true to his word. He completed everything to spec, within the timeframe quoted, and kept to the budget originally agreed upon. Our new eaves troughs eliminated our previous water issues and our new siding looks awesome. These gentlemen take great pride in their work and I would not hesitate for a moment to refer them to friends. Keep up the good work, guys!
