I'm very happy with the service Iouri provided. He showed up on rainy cold Sunday morning to do the job. We hired him to clean our home, tenants home gutters and I couldn't be happier with the work. From the first conversation, to answering all my questions, to pointing out all that wasn't done properly on our gutters, and the recommendations to prolong the life of our gutters which he suggested to do it in Spring. While he was cleaning out gutters, my neighbor was interested to get her gutters cleaned as well and he made himself available to work on hers as well on the same day. I used Paul's service for the first time in 2015 for a bathroom renovation of a tenant suite. I was extremely happy with the service he provided. This year, when the second bathroom required a shower pan replacement, I called for his help. I was very thankful that he made himself available to help. Just like first time, he provided good suggestions to achieve my objectives. The damaged shower pan was removed and underlay floor was cleaned and dried completely before he installed a new sub floor and good quality shower pan. He also replaced some of the tiles where needed. He took the time to ensure things were done right! I sincerely appreciate his work ethic and dedication. I highly recommend using him and will definitely use Paul for my next bathroom renovation.
