Was able to reach someone afterhours no problem and set up an appointment for the next day. Valentin was nice and early within the 2 hour window that was quoted, and did an awesome job. He was friendly and thorough, and cleaned up afterwards. Definitely got me out of a pinch - thanks, Valentin!

Friendly technician successfully repaired my A/C, but broke my furnace in the process, and caused a rupture in my water line that needed emergency plumbing. Extreme completely unwilling to pay for repairs. EDIT: Extreme Air Systems has now resolved my complaints to my satisfaction.
