Congradulations on your new home. You should be quite happy with you purchase. Like many areas throughout the GTA, the "Beach" is a fun area to inspect. Many of the homes have a certain uniqueness to them. Some new home owners may find this "uniquneness" translating to "aggravation". In your case, the home had a solid foundation, had been well maintained, and had many upgrades. That was a great home to inspect, and yes, please call me and I will come back and take a closer look at that plumbing issue in the basement once you've moved in.
