Received excellent customer service from Jodi before making the final order to make sure it would be the right choice. Installation was done quickly and to code (since had it inspected by the city). Haven't been able to enjoy the new fire yet as there is still construction going on in my basement but when turned on it looks fantastic. Many thanks to Jodi and his team. I have already made recommendations to friends and family.

Experienced great customer service from Roy before placing my order. Delivery was fast and the delivery guys were very professional. Price was comparable to major outlets on some items but to have the items delivered and placed where I want them was great. Have already recommended this service to friends and family.
