We needed to store "extra" furniture and items from our home in order to prep it for sale. We called Pack and Store and spoke with Aaron. He was so helpful and such a pleasure to deal with - and he found us a deal to save us some money. When it was time to have the storage container returned, we again spoke with Aaron who was again very courteous and helpful. Jackie called to confirm and she too was a pleasure to speak with. Bryan was the guy who dropped off the empty container and picked up the full one and then returned it when we were ready. He was very professional, very efficient, and a nice guy. I loved the fact that he called the day before to give a window of 1 1/2 hours for his arrival then called again half an hour before arriving in our driveway. I appreciated not having to sit for a 4 hour window just waiting like you might have to with a lot of other service providers. He was on-time and very quickly put the storage container exactly where I wanted it. Everything was in tact and had hardly shifted in all the moving. Pack and Store have better prices than the competitor and based on the service I received, I would say they also win on that too. I would highly recommend Pack and Store.

We have used Classic Maids for almost 2 years on a bi-weekly basis. The service has been hit and miss...more often misses than hits but we have had a couple of reasonable cleaners along the way. We have gone through about 8 cleaning personnel in the time we have used their services because they have each had situations arise suddenly (personal emergencies, leaving the country, medical conditions, etc.) and Classic Maids typically advised us about 2 hours after the house cleaning was supposed to occur that something had come up with the cleaner and therefore our house was not being cleaned. We are very tidy people and most friends can't understand what a cleaning lady would find to do for 4 hours in our house, but that is what we had to pay for. We have lived with the changes imposed changes in cleaners, schedule, etc. because it was just easier than finding another service. Most recently, however, we have come home on several occassions to find wads of paper towel sitting in the toilets as well as sinks that looked like they were washed with a dirty cloth and tables that have such bad streaks that I can't fix them. We had a holiday cleaning scheduled just before the holidays for family visits and again the cleaner did not show up even though I had stayed home waiting for her. I had to call Classic Maids twice and ask them to call me back about why she still wasn't there...and they still never called me on the number I gave but instead called my husband at work to again advise of a personal emergency for the cleaner. We ended up cancelling the service and cleaned the house ourselves. In the meantime, we discovered that most of our cleaning product bottles were empty (the cleaner leaves a sheet every visit to indicate what needs replenishing and nothing was ever marked off)...makes me wonder what exactly she was using to clean our house...or was she cleaning it at all??? We have friends that also tried Classic Maids and had similar issues and also cancelled their service. I would never recommend Classic Maids to anyone.
