First met with Todd and it was great. He took the time and effort to make sure we were on the same page with regards to what I wanted. Pat and team did the work. Great job. Very professional. Even the neighbours complimented them. A couple of things that came up when the work was being done, were addressed and resolved. Overall I was happy with them. However 2 people I've recommended them to aren't too pleased.. so I guess satisfaction depends on if they are right for your project or not.

In my experience this was the worst product and service I have ever had the misfortune of encountering with my house. The product which I paid them over $250 to install was out of the eavestroughs and on the ground around my house within a year. The sections that did remain in place got fully clogged and overflowed onto the wood of the porch. I tried calling them to honour their "guarantee" unfortunately they don't know what that word is. I had to make about a dozen calls before someone called me back and they tried every possible excuse as to why they wouldn't fix the problems. I finally had to hang up when I realized I had been had! Horrid! Horrid company.

The duct cleaning is complete and the air smells great! Thanks Mark. He showed me his work by having me look down the return air vents before he started and after they were cleaned. This was the second trip they had to make out to my place because the first time they came by there was no place for them to park their van. They returned at no additional costs to me.
