We recently built our new home with Shane Home and SmartSpace Technologies was the company who was doing our basic wiring such as telephone etc. We ended up getting the RTI system installed which is AWESOME!! I was very fussy during the home building process and indicated I wanted NO CORDS visible anywhere in the house where TV's were installed. We also have a 7.1 system installed in the basement with AWESOME custom soundframes to go along with our 80" TV and exposed A/V rack by the furnace room. In addition to this, we also installed SONOS in the kitchen and master bedroom ensuite...LOVE, LOVE, LOVE. Both my husband and I have no idea about anything when it comes to all this technology, and the team at SmartSpace was INCREDIBLE in terms of helping us understand geeky language in real people talk! Their workmanship and attention to detail was outstanding. Not to mention the support we received from everyone was beyond exceptional! I would recommend SmartSpace in a heart beat.

As first time home builders, we were both unsure of what to expect. Fortunately for us, the staff at Shane Homes have been more than accommodating in helping us through this overwhelming, yet very exciting process. Earlier this year, we made the decision to build our first house from ground up. The question then became, who do we build with? There were so many options, so many different communities and so many different opinions on various home builders in Calgary. To make a long story short, we ended up building with Shane Homes, and it was a great decision on our part. The process commenced when we phoned Jack Kushner, Area Manager of Aspen and Valley Ridge. From the moment he picked up the phone, we knew we had made the right decision. Jack was extremely helpful, not to mention very personable. Jack has been a tremendous help since day 1 when we signed the dotted line back in January and continues to be of great support through our entire building process. We are about 7 weeks away from possession of our beautiful home in Castle Keep and couldn’t be any happier with the results and customer service/appreciation that we have received from the entire team at Shane Homes. What we thought was going to be an overwhelming and intimating process, turned out to be a fantastic, and fun experience. We would recommend Shane Homes to anyone in a heartbeat. A big thanks to Kal Macdonald at the design center for making our interior/exterior selections so stress-free and Dan Swick for being an extremely helpful and accommodating Project Manager!
