Our windows were over 25 years old and it was time to replace. My research lead to North Star Windows being some of the best bang for your buck and Brock Windows being a great installer with a stellar reputation. Everything was very professional and a 3 phase process: sales rep to gather rough dimensions and quote, measurement team to do precise measurements, then installers. All were very professional and adhered to all COVID safety measures that were in place at the time. The installation took only a day which was great. Every window looks great. We had a couple of issues and the Brock team were quick to send someone to address our needs. We were left very satisfied.

We had a family of raccoons that was ripping through our exterior wall. Having dealt with Trent before I asked for his availability as an ASAP job. Our outer wall had to be ripped out, replaced and brought up to code. Meanwhile, while that was open we decided we might as well do that laundry room conversion we'd always wanted. Trent increased the R value under the back room as well and fixed our drafts while he was at it (also redid some venting). Plumbing, venting and build out all done within a week and no more worries about raccoons getting in. He also disassembled and removed our old washer/dryer which was stuck in the basement due to size constraints. Great value and timing on all services.

We had several contractors come by and quote us but Trent by far was the best in terms of responsiveness, well reviewed, reasonable cost and professionalism. We had a short deadline and he managed to fit us in. Even though the scope and breadth of the project was in flux, Trent rolled with the punches and his team was easily able to pivot to our needs (and our neighbours) constantly changing requirements. In the end, we got a fantastic deck and great fences (separately invoiced for neighbours to share cost). Quality of the work was fantastic. We had a small issue with waterflow off the deck roof, and even though the project was long done, Trent came back to fix the problem no questions asked. I highly recommend and would use Trentco again in a heartbeat.

We've had issues over the past year with Raccoons getting into our detached garage. I was gone on a work trip for two weeks and came back to a raccoon who had passed away in the garage. Derick and Josh removed him without a trace, removed another live one that was hiding and sealed up holes the raccoons had made all while it was raining. Amazing value for money and highly recommend them.

I went into my detached garage to discover a hole in my roof and 3 sets of raccoon eyes staring back at me. After unsuccessfully trying to scare them out on my own, I called SWAT and they had Ken over first thing the next morning. Ken was able to get the little guy out, fixed up two holes AND reshingled over it. Amazing service, I would definitely recommend to anyone.
