I would recommend this company for Handiwall panel installation. In my case, I have another company done the garage flooring coating (which is excellent as well) but Gav from OnWall Solutions didn't mind to take up the later stage of my garage renovation project. He was patient and spent time to review my garage floor plan and made useful suggestions. The showroom visit was useful because inside they showcased various accessories used on wall panels. It is useful for me to visualize how I would use the panels and accessories (hooks, baskets, etc) in my garage. Patrick and Marco came very early to my garage to perform the panel installation. They were friendly and professional. The product is HandiWall and the quality is pretty good. In my garage, there is some challenge associated with the way the drywall was built and they listened to my concern and were willing to spend some time to make things work. After the installation, I find the overall craftsmanship is great despite some minor imperfection due to the way my garage walls were built. There are also some scratches and dents on a few pieces but I can see how difficult to put them on the wall to accommodate the water facet and hose. So I think it is a great job. They did spend enough time and worked hard to make the best installation as possible. One room for improvement would be to notify/remind the customer a day before of the approximate time of appointment. The crew came up earlier than I expected.

I would recommend using them for polyaspartic flooring for the following reasons: The crew was always on time, regardless of service calls, flooring project or free initial home estimate. The quality of flooring is great and they listen to customer's needs. Despite some problems, they fix them quickly to my satisfaction. However, I won't recommend using their painting/drywall repair: For drywall repair and painting, they use subcontractor which are usually punctual as well. In my case, despite the final result is excellent, there were some hiccups and extra days to fix problems which I find are a bit unacceptable, considering the amount of fee they charge. The problem is they didn't perform step 1 (drywall repair) properly and thoroughly and move on to painting (step 2). Later, they go back to step 1 and then step 2. So a 2-day drywall repair+painting job was turned into 4-day project which also interfered with the flooring coating.

Despite I was only looking for a garage door seal replacement for 8-year old my Richard Wilcox, Chris has been very professional. The color I was looking for is grey but he didn't have it in stock. He gave me a call the next day to follow it up and a few days later, it arrived. I am amazed because it is only Cdn$30 parts and he still provides great customer service. If I have a garage door to replace, his company would be the top of my list.

This is my first time dealing with Captain Electric and the experience is positive from the person who took the phone call to the completion of the project by Enrico and Kevin. The call taker was very polite and professional. She explained to me clearly during my first call. And she did follow up quickly when I enquired about when the technicans are coming. The technicans, Enrico and Kevin are polite and professional. They arrived at my home within the time frame. They explained the cost clearly at the beginning and have the parts ready to be installed. Initially I was looking for two T8s in my garage but it has ended having a third one in order to illuminate the garage entirely. The quality of the T8 fixtures (wrapped) look great and the craftsmanship of the installation of the required metal junction and the metal conduits are excellent. In particular, they took the time to install the third one to make sure it co-exists with the garage door opener aesthetically. They also relabelled the electric panel to reflect the new light fixtures. They also left a few spare T8 and they did sweep my floor thoroughly after the completion of the project. And a nice thing is they even brought their portable garbage bin and so no mess was left. In summary, they are courteous, patient, meticulous, and respect my home. The work was done professionally and it was explained clearly. Highly recommended.
