There are two kinds of contractors: those who are good at the big jobs, and those that are good at the details. These guys are clearly in category one. While they were able to complete the big parts of the job fairly quickly, when it comes to finishing things they became no-shows. Further, on detail work, they would fix one thing but break two. Another problem is the number of times it took them to get anything completed correctly. As well, while they have their own stable of sub-contractors, the quality of these subs varies greatly from extremely competent to "questionable" at best. Overall, they might be good to hire for general work, but if any detail work (such as finishing) is required, you may be better dealing with someone else

What was supposed to take 2 weeks took about 5 1/2. (They said it was a sudden influx of orders which may in fact be the case.) That said, the installer was great, did a great job, and the blinds themselves look fabulous. As long as you're not in a huge hurry to get the blinds installed, I would recommend them.

Everything about this company was first rate. They showed up exactly when they said they would, their guys do a spectacular job, and they are extremely careful in the work they do. On top of everything else, there price was one of the best we found, especially when you factor in how they calculate it by the box rather than by weight. Of all the work we had done, these guys were the only ones who executed everything flawlessly.
