We sourced quotes from 4 of your competitors and were impressed with the reviews the Home Improvement People had received on Home Stars and with Eli. Eli did a thorough job walking us through the process and providing an accurate quote. He was always available to answer any questions and offer support which we appreciated. Haydee was also very prompt and professional in all our dealings. She took time to answer questions and supported the process in terms of billings and paperwork very accurately. Mien, Seth, Shen and the team on the ground were exemplary. This is my third house and I've done reno's before and I can say I've not met a team as competent, professional and courteous as them. Mien was very detail oriented and always took the time answer my questions thoroughly and explain what he was doing. He offered excellent suggestions including on design choices my wife made and on finishes. The team finished the work on time without rushing and we're thrilled with the final results. I just replaced 42 windows in my house with Ambia and couldn't be happier! From start to finish the entire team at Ambia were highly professional, propmpt and very knowledgable. Mike spent a lot of time explaining their Windows and Tony was very helpful answering additional questions. Igor and the installation crew were very experienced and did a great job. Above all I got a better product that is well installed for a lower cost than two other big box stores. I'm very impressed and would recommend Ambia to anyone.
