With less than one hour before 25 guests arrived for a birthday celebration we had water/sewage backing up through our drain in the basement electical room. After calling several (so called 24 hour emergency services) we called ExpressRooter and they guaranteed a service call that evening. Martin arrived 2 hours later during the dinner. He was discreet and extremely professional and had the problem solved in a very short time, with the promise of a follow up call to do a more thorough job in a few days.
