Trillium moving overcharged me, charged for erroneous pick up storage and drop off, refused to refund my money in full, and failed to repair broken and missing items. After two months of delays they agreed to pay me $100 for $3000 in damaged and missing goods.

As you know we have addressed the issues with you and have responded to every one of your requests. We have offered many avenues to address the damages and have offered to help with the repair costs once quotes were provided.
We have tried to contact you on several occasions and have not heard from you since. We truly hope that we can still find a resolution to this as your satisfaction is our number on priority.
