I ordered an 8 pc bedroom set on Saturday Nov 8. Was contacted by Walia each Monday for 3 weeks to tell me the next day the furniture would come. Then each Tuesday they would call to say it wasn't in. Baby continued to tell me it would show up, I wanted my money back, she wouldn't even give me back the 75% (their receipt says they keep 25% if you cancel) even though THEY couldn't follow through with the delivery. We argued and argued, she never returned calls. Finally, it was going to come on December 9 FOR SURE. No one showed. The next day, I was told the truck broke down but she would try to get it to me that night. Nope. Then the same story on Thursday. Nope. Then she swore up and down it would show Friday, and it did. AT 1AM in the morning. The driver called us at 10:10pm Friday night to say they would be there soon. At 11:30 my husband called back to see if they were still coming, only to be given attitude. Then at 12:45am I called again and surprise, they were there 5 minutes later. The one nightstand was damaged and I have to send them a picture to see about getting a new one. What a hassle. I would never deal with these people again. Day after day, they have no answers, won't even give back money after they keep telling me that the product is coming but it never shows up. I am convinced the only reason I got my set was because I threatened to go to a lawyer and spend whatever it took to get my full refund from them and that night it showed up. I really don't believe they were ever going to deliver and tha tthey hope if they keep giving people the runaround they will walk away with nothing, while Walia keeps their money. I would never step foot into this store again. The stress was horrible and the Customer Service and Baby were terrible. What company delivers at 1AM in the morning???????
