I found Brazza Glass on Homestars and the reviews were what led me to call them. Farid is a great guy. He was very responsive, genuine, hardworking, committed to quality materials and work, and offers fair prices. We are very happy with our new showers and mirrors, along with our mirror wall in the work out space in the basement. We wouldn't hesitate to call Farid again for any other glass or mirror needs. Highly recommend!!

I emailed Anna on a Tuesday hoping to get my windows cleaned before the weekend for an open house. In spite of a lousy forecast towards the end of the week, their crew showed up and got the job done! When my dryer stopped working, I called Joe after finding him on Homestars. He called me back very promptly to schedule an appointment. As schedule worked out he was able to offer me a same day call. He even had the part we needed available after a quick diagnosis. The dryer was back in business that same day! Joe is friendly, professional, knows his business, and clearly has the customer at the forefront of his mind. We worked with JMJ to remove existing counters and install new granite counters. Everything about the experience was positive. Thao and Kent are so pleasant to work with and clearly very good at what they do. Their attention detail, professionalism, and quality of workmanship was excellent. The team they had working here clearly cared very much about what they do as well as took great care in our home, and the end result reflects that. On a hot day this summer, our AC system started making a very loud noise. We turned it off and called Lou to see if he could come take a look. Lou was able to do a quick assessment that day, and then had the motor replacement ordered and installed in a couple days, so we were back to staying cool. We wouldn't hesitate to call Lou again or recommend them to others.
