I recently spotted some lose shingles on my roof. The builder that did our roof originally did a pretty shoddy job. I'm not sure what it's called but the aluminum on side of the roof was always kind of warped. Anyway, the roof only lasted 8 years. It was very bad timing but what can you do. We called around and got a few quotes. He's was pretty good and seem professional and trustworthy. He was also quite knowelgeable and help us understand how roofing shingle warranties work, what a scheme! Anyway, the new roof they did looks great. Very happy.

Good builder. We had quotes from a few contractors but we decided to go with someone smaller so we can get the owner to work on our deck. Their price was fair. We did have some quotes that were cheaper but they seem a little sketchy for me. i'm glad we picked them. They helped us design the deck and suggested we do the boards diagnol with a pattern. That really made it look more interesting.
