Recently we have bought a spec home from this company. From the the beginning we realized that after we paid the deposit everything changed. this is a company to stay well away from. A home is one of the most important investments of a lifetime. All they are interested is the money and your commitment to buy the house and once that is done the service stops there. There is no returning your calls, or paying attention to details. I strongly advise not to deal with this company. We are thinking of filing a suite against them so stay well away from these guys. Mistakes, Delays and dishonesty are only a few words that can describe this company.
