As part of a complete home renovation, we needed laminate installed on the main floor and carpet in the basement. It was a pleasure to work with Joseph at Dilonid Flooring. He was very patient and knowledgeable in assisting me when choosing colours and styles. Once confirmed he delivered as promised, on time and reasonably priced. The installers were very professional and friendly. They arrived on time and the work was completed in the time that they said. I have no problem recommending people who are good at what they do, and also make the experience enjoyable. Dilonid Flooring falls into that category.

While in the midst of a complete home renovation, we were faced with the dilemma of whether we should put the house on the market totally empty. She clearly explained the process and when the time came to stage the house, Annie was there on time, when promised, and delivered a service that far exceeeded our expectations. Annie is definitely talented. She made it so easy to get things done. It is obvious that she loves what she does. She really does care. We had an offer within 3 weeks of listing the house and it was sold 3 weeks after that. Home Staging made the difference. Potential buyers could better visualize themselves in the space. I would definitely recommend Annie at Home Designs to anyone selling their home. You don't have to have an empty house like we did. She can do wonders with your existing furniture too. Ray was called in, in September, to finish up a complete home renovation job that was started in July. We had carpentry, electrical, painting, plumbing, tiling, a kitchen installation and a deck to get finished. He did such an incredible job that we almost considered keeping the house instead of selling it! He is a very skilled professional who obviously loves his job. The quality of his work reflects that.
