I was fortunate to find Tom after using several different roofers. Tom is an excellent diagnostician and has a vast amount of roofing knowledge and experience. He is punctual, reliable and professional. Tom made sure to clean out my plugged flat roof vents on the day of the inspection so to avoid problems that could have resulted from the major rain storm coming the next day. He came back the following week and to replace a flat roof-mounted dryer vent that was not the proper kind and was damaged and two flat roof bathroom vents that were not venting properly due to a previous poor installation. I would definitely use Tom again and would recommend him to others.

Will and his partner came quickly and were very professional. They safely removed the mirror backsplash in my kitchen and cleaned everything up. They also took all the mirror away for disposal. Risa, Toronto

Andy installed a new skylight and repaired the installation of existing skylights. I found Andy to be extremely knowledgeable and professional. His work was excellent and he was very neat. As well, Andy was also able to do the necessary interior work around the skylight so I didn't need to hire a separate drywaller and painter. Andy was very punctual and completed the job in a timely fashion. I would hire Andy again if needed and would highly recommend him.

Chayim removed the nest quickly from the junction between the roof and the eaves. He was punctual and polite.

Dave has been servicing our furnace and A/C for several years and has also done some repair to our dryer ducting in the attic. We recently purchased a new water heater that was faulty and Dave helped get the manufacturer to refund it so that we could return it and get something else. He is very professional, polite, and eager to please.

North Shore were very professional and explained everything they were going to do. They were even able to re-route the eave drainage and eliminate two down pipes. The team was very knowledgeable and it took pride in their work so that the end result was aesthetically pleasing.

Roman came when he promised and worked very hard with his crew to remove a stain on the granite in my vestibule. They also spent a lot of time polishing the marble in my ensuite and repairing some cracks in the marble and hallway granite. Roman and his team were polite and professional and aimed to please. After finding out that the venting pipe for my second floor dryer was broken and my attic was filling up with lint, I called David to see if he could repair it. David came the same day and fixed it right away. He provided great service and was very polite, reliable ,and knowledgeable. David also spent a lot of time answering some of my concerns about heating issues in my home. I would highly recommend David to all my family and friends.

I found Waheed to be professional and reliable. He was able to come promptly to treat the ant infestation. He even came back quickly when i called him to respray when the ants returned.

After trying several plumbers, I was lucky enough to find Valentin. He came quickly and on time and was very knowledgeable, professional and polite. The work was done very carefully and neatly. I especially was impressed that Valentin first checked that the new toilets that I had purchased actually fit in the existing space before he attempted to install them. He was able to fix my bidet by spending the time necessary unlike other plumbers before him who said it couldn't be fixed. Valentin replaced cartridges without charging me. He aims to please his customers and really cares. I was totally satisfied with Valentin, will use him for any further plumbing needs and have already recommended him to family and friends.

I am extremely pleased with and impressed by the service provided by Steve and Phil. They were very knowledgeable, polite, reasonable, neat, and punctual. They took the extra time needed to replace the tension spring properly unlike the two other garage door contractors that I dealt with in the past. I would highly recommend Open Sesame to others and would gladly use them again if necessary.
