Arranged annual Lennox furnace service before the cold weather arrived. Easy to arrange. Did not know they also serviced fireplaces which would have saved some time for arranging service on the same day. Lauren arrived within the time allotted. With broken tendons, she arrived with help from a new trainee. Invoiced via email and cc receipt via email as well. Eco friendly and always a pleasure to have annual service with Kerrisdale Gas/Gandy Installations. Even got the FortisBC rebate form through email, which was helpful as FortisBC wanted things scanned as support documentation.

After an uprofessional windows company with 10/10 stars on this website never showed up for their 'quote' (as well as other firms for quotes), we contacted Kris at Long Life who was very responsive last summer after our patio door was leaking. He set up a date/time for a look at the job and showed up as scheduled or called if there was any delays. Honest opinion on what should be done and what we really didn't need to spend our $. His workers did a great job installing and also properly capped 2 of our existing windows. Wish we had the funds to do more with this company. We highly recommend them. Thx Kris & gang my previous review of another company that was approved but unseemingly not showing up on this 10/10 company on HS. Unprofessional-only doing "big jobs" perhaps? One Patio door installation company failed to even address our interest in obtaining their services last year. We took days off from work to wait for them and never showed up, only to have excuses made. So far only 1 other firm had the courtesy to actually respond (our review also on here). Peter had the gall to say he'll stop by to take a look next time he's in North Vancouver! (and we met him at the North Shore/West Van Home show!)

After comparing 4 other quotes from Great Cdn Landscaping, Bur-Han, Seymour lawn, Enviro-Masters, Eco-Logical was the best and most competitive pricing with the services we needed. Package bundles are a good deal but difficult to compare. We broke out each service and weighed them. Still cheaper through Eco. Also it helped with friends who already used them so we knew the service/quality. So far our lawn looks good.
