Vlad called me back 20 minutes after I left a voice mail explaining my problem. He gave me an appointment time frame of 3 hours that same day. He called while he was on his way to the property and met me there in a very timely manner. Within twenty minutes he had figured out the problem and fixed it. The service call cost me $65. I'm a stickler for convenience, courtesy and professionalism. He was all of the above. Even though the problem could've been fixed on my own via trial and error his quick, easy resolution of it was greatly appreciated. This was my sisters place and she was having some issues with her stove. He got in fixed everything and got out. I would highly recommend him.

This was my first time I moved with any "real" furniture of my own. Accurate made the process as effortless as possible. Booking the date and time was very easy and all over email, which I absolutely loved! They have a very thorough check-list and guidelines for move preparation which helped me figure out the whole process. In the confirmation email, the day before the move, they said it would be 3 guys and they provided their names and contact information. They showed up a few minutes late (well, 30 minutes, but they did call to let me know, which was nice of them.) but that just gave me more time to pack, which I needed, and it was 4 guys. 4 guys who looked like they could move stuff. They moved me out of my place quickly but with great care. They wrapped all the furniture adequately. They also unloaded quickly at the new place! One minor issue a few hours later... I can't find my bed quilt anywhere... I knew it went on the truck but now it is nowhere to be found. I called the mover, Igor, who gave me his contact info. Within 40 mins, he delivered it to my door. It got mixed in with the moving blankets. Its great when the company that your hire for your move can act like friends. It was pleasant to deal with Accurate, you should def give them a call.
