We requested service about noon, we heard back from Sazan within a minute and he pledged to be here at 3. He showed up 15 minutes early and got the job done in about 20 minutes. He was very nice, communicated what was needed on the current project and gave us information on a future project. We were very pleased with the work as completed and the speed of his response.

I connected to Len at Tempasure through Homestars. Len returned my email by phone call within 15 minutes. Len arranged for Adam to come out the next day to install our water heater and provided a quote. Adam was prompt, courteous and professional. He was careful to cover his shoes in our house and rolled out carpets to protect our flooring. He offered suggestions on our current exhaust piping and was kind enough to return our water heater to the rental company. Adam explained the work he completed and showed me how to operate it. I broke a light bulb while Adam was onsite and He even helped me with the cleanup so our dog wouldn’t be injured. Len called the next day to make sure everything went well and to collect payment for the exact amount quoted. We will most likely have to replace our furnace in the next few years, and I would definitely use their services again. I have had 3 water heaters installed at 3 different properties over the last 10 years and this was the smoothest installation I have had.

He was friendly, efficient and cost effective. He removed his footwear at the door and showed up on time. He told us the cost right away and fixed the problem within an hour. We really appreciated him coming so quickly.
