Alex put in a new toilet. A few months later we had a problem. He came back and discovered the water pressure was too high and that caused the problem. He replaced the broken valve in the toilet and did not charge me for it( a $200 saving)when it really wasn't caused by a faulty valve but the too high water pressure. He fixed the water pressure problem in a timely and professional manner. I will definitely use Mr. Rooter again and ask for Alex.
