I have been dealing with Chris Putman from Raywal since about Jan/13. His customer service skills are amazing. Let me tell you that I went to numerous other cabinet companies and some of the prices I received were absolutely ridiculous. Not only were the prices inflated, but some of them lacked professionalism, customer service and the quality of merchandise left a lot to be desired. One lady even asked me if I could afford to purchase a kitchen. She needs to take a customer service class hosted by Chris. When I met Chris, I knew he was my cabinet guy right off the bat. He is not pushy and listened to what I wanted. He made solid suggestions and offered me an array of kitchen layouts. Chris was able to provide a better product and design without sacrificing any quality whatsoever for a much more reasonable price. He installed my kitchen and 3 bathrooms in June. Probably the nicest and easiest guy I have dealt with throughout the entire building process. He has the patience of a Saint. He always made time to answer all of my questions. Every email I sent to him, he responded to. Every voice mail I left him, he called me back. Chris tweaked and amended the layout and drawers several times. He was extremely professional, helpful and insightful. I must also say that the delivery guys and the gentlemen that installed my countertops were very easy to work with as well. From top to bottom, Chris provided fantastic service and always treated me with the utmost respect. He helped design a floating vanity for me in the ensuite. I have received numerous compliments on it as it looks amazing. The kitchen we put together looks fantastic. It is the focal point to the house. I can’t say enough about the work ethic and professionalism of Chris. The next house I build, Chris will be the guy I go to for my kitchen and bathrooms. Thanks Chris for all your help.
