Joes service was above and beyond . The advice re best product for our need was spot on and blinds were promptly delivered and installed. Unfortunately there was a defect in the bottom 3 slats which had to be remedied. It did take a bit of time with back and forth to factory but the end result was perfect. I would highly recommend dealing with Joe.. He serves his costumers very well and guarantees his product . Siegrid Engler
