From the beginning with the purchase of the Furnace and Air Conditioning and dealing with Wayne the owner (which he is down to earth and honest), to having them come in when it wasn't working well and his son Ian; explained everything and quite efficient and like his dad down to earth and hard worker; polite and was able to diagnose what needed to be done!
