Very happy with the physical move itself ...all went well with little to no issues. But with no advanced notice we were issued an invoice that was 50+% higher than the quote. Our Diva's response was an admission that she significantly underestimated the effort but that small claims court would side with her. A rather dramatic response. And off-putting. Love the service. Didn't love the Diva. Tread carefully.
