Sam was very helpful throughout the entire design process while I was finishing my basement. My goal was to create a concept as open as possible with a ceiling as high as possible. I selected Sam, because he is an engineer which gave me the reassurance that he could safely complete this project. Our original goal was to remove the structural post in the middle of my basement and Sam went above and beyond. Not only did he manage to seamlessly install a 20+ foot beam, but his team was able to re route the HVAC ducts which enabled me to raise my ceiling even further. By reinforcing my existing beam, Sam was able to remove the post and give me the open concept I was dreaming about. Sam is super organized. His team worked efficiently, showed incredible attention to detail and left the space spotless. Would recommend Sam to anybody who needs any type of structural work!
