Just moved into my house in Hamilton. I was nervous the furnace was broken as it wasnt working. I called my furnace company and I had a contractor call me back in 10 minutes with a time and date to come look at my furnace totally free. Technician Sohail let me know when he would be there with updates, taught me valuable lessons on how to maintain my furnace, fixed it and made sure I was satisfied. Very grateful. Thank you
