I managed to get ahold of Jermaine on a Sunday that he usually does not work. Eight am Monday he was here to fix my washer . Before he came he asked for the make and model number of my unit. ( The other places I talked to never asked for that ). He was right on time and fixed things very quickly. He tested it all to make sure everything was working well and then m gave me tips on how to keep my machines happy and healthy ( my words not his :) )He then surprised me with a great price for all the work . I will use him again for sure
