We had an excellent experience using Blue Brothers Services for our dryer vent/pipe cleaning, and I would highly recommend them. Right from my initial inquiry about price and availability, Jayce was quick to respond and was able to squeeze us in quickly, and at a very reasonable rate. The communication was superb, with a follow up text to confirm the appointment, and another text on the morning of the booking to notify me that the technician, Quinn was on his way. He arrived exactly on time, and proceeded to get to work. Quinn was extremely thorough, and despite the job taking longer and being more difficult than anticipated, they charged me the same rate as quoted. Quinn made sure that all blockages were removed and came up with a plan to remove the lint/debris build up by accessing and cleaning the pipe from several interior and exterior points. He then did a fantastic job of cleaning up the mess and testing the dryer's function to make sure everything was good before leaving. I can honestly say this was one of the best experiences I have ever had as a homeowner! I am so thankful we choose this company, and feel safe in the knowledge that the maintenance work done will ensure the safety and longevity of our dryer and our home.
