I am a Senior living in Brantford Senior Housing and they called in Ontario Duct Cleaning in to clean the crawl space under the house. James came and I told him they should have sent a 'shorter' guy. He was laughing and had a real good spirit about him - he was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job. It was real hard for him with his height but he managed to get the horrible smell right out of the basement and now I have the furnace on and am so very happy. It was a pleasure to have James here - a thoughtful lovely family man who did a great job. Thank you so very much.
