What a smooth, great experience. I booked 1 800 Rid Of It based on customer reviews and they did not disappoint!!! I called to arrange my visit, but you can also get a quote online. The customer service and communication was flawless. Deborah called to remind of the visit a day before, and to confirm my appointment time. The team also called and texted before their arrival. Will and Ivan did such a good job navigating a tight staircase and small basement. Everything was very smooth and efficient. And much more economical compared to other companies that I've used.
