Sam and his team did an absolutely incredible job, from start to finish. When Sam came to the house to provide a quote, he spent time on the roof investigating to ensure a proper project plan and firm price could be developed (which not one of his competitors did - they all relied on satellite pics and views from the street). During his review, Sam even fixed an immediate issue he noticed on the roof where there were shingles missing. From there, Sam prepared a detailed quote and thoroughly responded to all of our questions (slopes, shingle types, design and color, etc.). Sam went above and beyond our expectations - he reviewed the state of the attic and provided feedback on insulation needs, venting, etc., he cleaned the skylight, provided views on the state of the eaves-troughs and downspouts (none of which was an up-sell because they aren't services his company provides). He was genuine and honest throughout our dealings. The team did an amazing job of prep, execution and clean-up. Roofing Pros came highly recommended from a friend, and I will gladly pass that recommendation along. They were awesome!!!! Thank you Sam!
