The tech came out to our house an hour late. He dragged equipment through the house and damaged the walls and trim around our furnace room. He scratched our kitchen table up trying to cut out a duct patch from cutting holes into the supply and return ducts to our furnace. He also damaged the return duct by standing on it. I am having another company come out to do a proper cleaning and inspection of the duct work in our house. This was a waste of time and money and now I have to fix damage that was caused by the technician.
