Our furnace suddenly stopped working and I called John, who was exceedingly helpful over the phone. When we couldn't troubleshoot it, he had Landon come over the next day, who promptly fixed the problem. I liked that there was no attempt to upsell. Both Landon and John were excellent in their delivery of service. Very highly recommended.
