Assisted Review

An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.

At around 9 pm on a Thursday evening I called the after-hours emergency number at Superior Heating & Air Conditioning with what I thought was a leaking hot water tank. The answering service said they would pass my number along to the on-call after-hours technician. My call was promptly returned by Terry, who is the most courteous and helpful "after-hours" person (for any company) I have ever dealt with. We live in St. Norbert and it was storming badly. I told him we could wait until the next day if he could tell me how to shut the water off to the tank. Terry insisted it was no problem to come that night but, as he was explaining the process to shut the water off, we realized it was our air conditioner that was leaking and the water was running under the hot water tank. I then apologized for bothering him and was ready to hang up but he kindly offered a suggestion re: the AC and immediately solved the problem. I have dealt with may after-hours technicians and have to say that this time it was a pleasure. Thank you so much, Terry, you saved us a lot of aggravation. You are truly a credit to your company!
