What a service ,called them because I was having issues opening the door ,they came and replace the photo eyes ,when they left it stop working again ,they came back and told me the issue it is with the mother board I will need to replace the opener ,I told me ok to bring one ,they came back 2 days later with the new one and he told me it Won't work with this door " Really why did I pay for a service call and a diagnostic of the problem If they didn't even know what opener that i need it ,so they told me they would order another one would take 7 days ,I told them ok, and after next day they send me an email saying they couldn't install this opener at my place !!! WOWW WHAT A JOKE I WASTED ALL THIS TIME FORTHEM TO TELL ME THIS >
