Retained Versatile Renovations Inc. to complete a full main level kitchen renovation including design, demolition, and construction. In addition, we had a major bathroom upgrade and new "European" laundry area installed on the main level, including plumbing upgrades. Other major components of the renovation included a full basement bathroom renovation and electrical upgrades including new service panel. We had previously retained Versatile Renovations to complete a full bathroom renovation at another property, and were very happy with the results. Several years later, we decided to call Versatile for a quote on this project, and were very pleased that several of the same staff were still under the company's employ; indicative of a well-managed, reliable company with good retention rates and a strong internal mentorship / training program for younger staff. This prior bathroom renovation has certainly stood the test of time; it basically looks like new even over 10 years later. As far as this project went, we could not have been happier with our choice. As before, Versatile was willing to work with us to ensure our complete satisfaction. They were most obliging to our schedule, and took the time at all stages of the project to answer our questions and ensure our complete understanding of various product selection trade-offs such as cost vs. durability and maintenance. When we changed our minds about something, they were as accommodating as possible, and even found middle-ground wins. For example, when we decided to widen the cabinetry between the sink and the fridge, they suggested that although there would be additional cost due to the custom nature of the cabinets, we could retain the previous cabinets for potential future use in a basement kitchen. Overall, the Versatile team's dedication to customer satisfaction and delivering quality service and results was evident at all stages of the project. We are very impressed with the final product and appreciated the depth and breadth of experience they brought to our major renovation project, not to mention the professional yet friendly demeanor of their staff.
