I was most impressed by the fact that they do very little subcontracting (other than electrical and siding). This kept the price down. I had them tear down a large shed and remove three trees before the build could start. (Other quotes would have required me to do this work myself.) Brave Homes did a great job on the garage build. I am very happy with their work and their price. Serhiy and Victor are awesome!
